Most orders are shipped from our Florida warehouse. Within the continental USA most orders will arrive within 5 business days, but please allow a couple of extra days. You will receive tracking information within 2 business days, so you should be able to monitor your packages progress.
We offer Priority Mail on most orders. Priority Mail orders should take 3 - 5 days.
Yes we do. However we have to be honest with you, it is very expensive and once it has tracking and leaves the USA can not be responsible for lost or delayed shipments.
Simple, we offer a no questions asked 30 day return policy. Use the contact us form to let us know and we will send you instructions on how to return your order.
Unless we made a mistake, which very occassionally does happen, you pay the return shipping. Of course if teh product is damaged or defective we will pay return shipping if we ask for it back. Often we will just ask for an image and ask you to despose of the item. Please contact us via the contact us form.
